Meet us at the Göteborg Book Fair

On September 27, ALMA laureate Jacqueline Woodson will make her first ever appearance at the Göteborg Book Fair. She kicks off a full day of book signings, interviews, an author conversation and a poetry reading with a speech at the opening ceremony. During the whole fair ALMA will be present at the Swedish Art Council's stand C02:01. Hope to see you there!

10:00 – 10:30: Book Fair Opening Ceremony (Respect Stage in Hall C)
Speakers at the opening ceremony are Jacqueline Woodson, Ingrid Lomfors of the Living History Forum and Book Fair director Frida Edman. Vocal music by the Hellmans Drengar choir.

11:00 – 11:30 Book signing at the Natur & Kultur stand (B04:52)

12:00 – 12:20 Interview at the Göteborgs Posten stand (G01:25, G01:28, G01:29)

14:00 – 14:45 Seminar: “Sorrow and Hope with the ALMA Laureate” (K1)

14:45 – 15:15 Book signing (outside K1)

16:00 – 17:00 Poetry reading in the Room for Poetry and Translation (R17-18)
